Shipping Policy
At IMAGO, every single order is prepared with utmost devotion, care, and reverence. All orders are processed and beautifully packaged within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before being safely handed to our courier.
We partner with DHL to provide trusted protection for our international packages. At checkout, you can select between our two delivery options: DHL Free Shipping, which delivers your treasures within 3 to 8 business days at no extra cost (£0.00), or DHL Express Shipping, which delivers within 2 to 5 business days for a flat rate of £5.00. As soon as your package is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent directly to your email.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your little miracle to be completely in love with your IMAGO pieces. If for any reason you have changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, you are welcome to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags fully attached, and in their original packaging. To initiate the process, please reach out to our dedicated family support team at supportimagokids@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged.
